When you request a territory review, contact us, or become a client, we may collect your name, company, work email, requested territory or municipalities, project interests, communications, service selections, and related business information. If you purchase services, our payment processor may collect payment and billing information; IndyDevelops does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
Our hosting and service providers may also automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps for security, reliability, and basic site analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, recommend and provide services, communicate about coverage and reports, process transactions, maintain and secure the site, troubleshoot problems, improve our offerings, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing us. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
7. Third-party sites
Our site and reports may link to municipal portals and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
8. Children
IndyDevelops is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. United States operations
IndyDevelops operates in the United States. If you submit information from another location, you understand it may be processed in the United States.
