1. Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide (name, work email, company, title), the territories and saved projects you create, email delivery and engagement records for alerts you subscribe to, consent records for these agreements (including timestamp and IP address), and standard technical logs.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, deliver alerts and digests you configure, provide support, process subscription billing, maintain audit records of agreement acceptance, and improve the Platform.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to run the Platform, such as our hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing providers, and where required by law.
4. Retention and your choices
Account and consent records are retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal and audit purposes. You can pause alert emails at any time from your account settings, and you can request account deletion by contacting us.
